This module allows you to analyze your performance through charts, tables, and key indicators. With filtering and customization options, you get a concise and relevant view of your business activity.

An intuitive and customizable navigation

All charts and tables can be added to favorites with a single click. By selecting the star icon, you can quickly access them from the Home tab, ensuring fast retrieval of your most important indicators.

The tool also offers comparative analysis capabilities. By enabling this option, you can track data trends over different periods. For example, if you review your activity from January to April 2024, the module will automatically display figures from the same period in 2023. This approach helps identify trends and adjust your decisions accordingly.

Thematic analyses tailored to your business

The module offers several specialized tabs to explore performance from different perspectives. The Global Activity tab provides a general overview of results, with charts detailing revenue, gross margin, and the distribution of sales by customer or supplier type. For a more specific analysis, the Point of Sale Activity tab focuses on commercial performance, integrating key indicators such as average cart value and the evolution of sales per store.

The Product Sales tab allows for an analysis of revenue distribution by product model and an evaluation of the generated margins. Meanwhile, the Purchases tab provides a detailed view of acquisitions over a given period, highlighting the value of purchased products and the number of acquired references.

The module also includes precise VAT tracking, with a clear distinction between collected and deductible amounts, making tax management easier. Finally, the Logistics tab enables detailed monitoring of stock movements, shipments, and receptions, with period comparisons to anticipate inventory flows more effectively.

Advanced filters for a custom analysis

To refine analyses and target the most relevant information, several filters are available. Users can adjust the date range and display frequency to tailor data visualization to their needs. It is also possible to filter results based on customers, suppliers, product categories, or geographic locations.

If the business operates across multiple entities, the module supports multi-company management, allowing for either centralized or segmented analysis according to specific preferences.
